Welcome to Designathon at UCLA 2023: Summit!

We look forward to working with you in making Designathon at UCLA a memorable experience this year for our participants. Summit was created with a vision to encourage and promote design thinking to university students, enabling creativity and talent. Summit is about reaaching the top, no matter what path is taken. We are excited to have you be a part of our mission.

To get you set up, we ask for some information that will be used to extend access to our intranet, Slack, and other communication systems.

If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please reach out to your Outreach Point of Contact(s) or directors@designathon2023.bruinentrepreneurs.org

Move Forward. To the Top.
For Designathon's Internal Systems, we prefer a work email affiliated to your company. You will have the option to post or not post your e-mail address to our intranet, available to Designathon Staff and Participants. This is the e-mail linked to your Designathon Intranet account as well as where the Slack invitation will be sent. If you have a separate e-mail dedicated to your design/media work, you may enter that e-mail if preferred.
Our Intranet contains a member directory, allowing our community to network with professionals and each other. E-Mail Addresses are posted for Designathon Staff and Participants profiles, with the option for judges/mentors to post theirs as well to further the networking. Please opt in if you would like the e-mail address you entered in the previous field posted to the intranet. Your e-mail address will not be posted on any of our public pages, as our intranet is exclusive to event participants, mentors, judges, and staff. If you have a separate e-mail dedicated to your design/media work, you may enter that e-mail if preferred.
E-Mail addresses are hidden from Slack profiles by default.
Entering a phone number is optional. It is used for our internal directory purposes only and if we need to reach out to you in emergency cases. All regular and normal correspondence will be sent to your e-mail on file.
